About Us

At Cedar and Oak Psychology, we are a team of highly trained, compassionate clinical psychologists with over 20 years of experience in top hospitals, research institutions, and psychology-related businesses. All of our clinicians trained at top-tier graduate programs, internships, and post-doctoral fellowships.

We are deeply committed to evidence-based care that is personalized and grounded in empathy. Our work spans a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse recovery, self-harm, and life transitions. We also specialize in cases that many private practices refer out, such as couples with addiction issues, adolescent/teen addiction, and complex family dynamics.

We value collaboration at every level—within our team, with our clients, and through regular peer consultation. Our clinicians are not only practitioners but also researchers, clinical supervisors, and peer consultants. As part of our commitment to life-long learning, we run an APA-approved Continuing Education program, offering multi-day trainings, live and Zoom-based workshops, and a regular Lunch and Learn series.

Whether working with individuals or couples, we tailor our approach to meet each client’s unique needs—fostering growth, healing, and long-term well-being in a safe and supportive environment.
